Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date for order placed on within the US. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt, date of purchase and reason for the return.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards, Sale Items, Discounted Items, Used or Tampered Items, or items that have been purchased 30 days or more.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied per your original method of payment.  If these items are defective and have been used/opened then we will notify you of why we can't accept the return.  These items will be discarded and will not be shipped back to you.  Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. 

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, your order number will do. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs associated with the original payment/shipment are not refunded. If you received free shipping, the amount of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping items back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  If your items are lost, we are not responsible.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Discounted and/or Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a damaged item, please take a picture of the item and email us at  We will be happy to send out a replacement immediately.
